Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, contact us via the contact page with your order number.
- Wrong or defective item: we cover the return shipping and send a replacement, or refund you in full — your choice.
- Change of mind: return shipping is at your cost, and the original shipping fee is not refundable.
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been used on the field or show wear
- Items marked as clearance or final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method via our payment processor. Your bank may take additional days to reflect the credit.
Exchanges
Size or colour exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order, so the replacement isn't held up by return shipping times.
Cancelled and unpaid orders
Orders left unpaid are automatically cancelled after 48 hours; no money changes hands. If a payment goes through on an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund it in full.
